First tournament of the year is tomorrow. Looks like the weather will be somewhat cooperative. Checked 2 or 3 forecasts and all are calling for about the same. High around 80 by 5pm and a low of 47. Thankfully they say we wont hit the low until around 7am. Calling for around 55 at midnight for our weigh in. Now, the bad news. Everyone is calling for somewhere between showers and isolated thunderstorms. The only upside to this, is the rain should hit between 4pm and 6pm. I would still advise bringing the rain gear! The river gauge in New Philadelphia is showing about 3.5 feet and forecast to continue on a slow decline. If we get enough rain, the river may raise a little or level out for a few hours. Just a few more things to throw into mix of an already hard to figure out catfish bite on the river. Again, good luck to all!
