Benefit Tournament!!

We will be holding a Benefit Tournament for Tanner Stine on June 18, 2011...

Tanner was an up and coming 14yo motocross star who passed in a tragic mini bike accident in his back yard. He was Shannon Stine's younger brother. For those that do not know, Shannon is Rocky "Rockbass" Moore's fiance. Everyone in the club knows Rocky, and many know Shannon and/or Tanner. All proceeds from the tournament will go to the family to help with the funeral and medical expenses.

Tappan Lake Tournaments?

We have started to discuss holding some other Tappan Lake Big Channel tournaments. This is partially at the request of the Ohio Chapter of the NAFC. The other reason is simply that we had fun fishing the lake for the Jim Corey benefit tournament. The NAFC Ohio Chapter will be holding one of its gatherings at Tappan Lake this year and have asked us to put another tournament together for that weekend. Jim Corey Benefit - UPDATE

The TCBA will be holding an open Catfish Tournament in memory of Jim Corey. We will be donating two-thirds of the entry fees to his wife Darlene to help with medical bills and the upkeep of Cripple Creek Bait and Tackle.

Tournament will be held May 8, 2010

Registration will be from 5:30pm to 6:00pm at Cripple Creek bait and Tackle on SR 250
