Well, what can we say.... Another weather ridden tournament. Mother nature decided we should start fishing with temps in the low 90's and then blessed us with cooler weather toward evening. Unfortunately, the cooler temps came with a price! The thunderstorms moved in just before 10:00 and soaked just about everyone and everything. We had 12 entries and 9 of them came back to weigh ins. 7 of which had fish and the other 2 were passengers that didn't have a choice!

July 24th Conditions

Just saw that there is a Heat Advisory until about 9pm tonight. Temps are supposed to be in the 90's at the start of the tournament and calling for thunderstorms towards the end. Wishing everyone the best of luck and PLEASE.... Be safe out there! Bring plenty of fluids and watch the skies.

July 10, 2010 Results

Once again, sorry for the delay. Just got finished moving and had to wait for the internet to get hooked up.

We had 11 entries with all but 3 turning in fish. Seemed to be a good night (just not for me and my partner!).

First place was Renee Huff with a limit of 5 fish weighing in at 20lbs10oz followed by Zach Leach with a nice 15lbs2oz stringer of 3 fish. First place paid out $66.00 and second $44.00. Don Huff took the $22.00 big fish pot with a nice 6lbs12oz channel cat. Once again, there was...

June 26, 2010 Results

Sorry for the delay on the results. Got a lot going on right now and it's hard to always keep track of what I've gotten done!

The weather started out good for this weeks tournament but a little too hot at somewhere close to 90 degrees. Then around 10:00 we got hit with a thunderstorm that tested everyone's endurance for sure. Thankfully, the storm was short lived for most that I talked to. It only lasted about 15 minutes where I was fishing. Even with the storms, we had a few nice stringer...
